Reports to Location Managing Director
Salary: Negotiable for the right candidate / Company car Provided
Key Responsibility would include but not limited to:
- Daily, Weekly and monthly reports, forecast as well as preparation of P/L, Balance sheet, Bank reconciliation up to finalisation readiness for Audit /m Auditor approval at the financial year end.
- Prepare monthly management reports
- Preparation, planning and forecasting and maintenance of account books as Computerised Accounts using Sage software.
- Manage cashflow and preparation of Payroll Accounts.
- Complete Banking and liaison with financial institutions.
- Handling day to day accounting responsibilities which includes customer invoicing, accounts receivables / payables, liaison with insurance companies.
